Registration & Cancellation Policy

Deposit

A $50 deposit per camper is required at registration.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Final Payment Deadlines
All balances must be paid by 5:00 PM on:

Junior Camp: June 1, 2026

Tween Camp: June 8, 2026

Cub/Family Camp: June 15, 2026

Teen Camp: June 22, 2026
If a balance remains within 12 days of camp(see dates above),
The card on file will be charged automatically.
If a card is not on file or payment cannot be made,
the Registrations with unpaid balances after these deadlines will be automatically cancelled.
Cancellation Deadlines (Refunds Available)
To receive a refund (minus the $50 deposit), cancellations must be made by 5:00 PM on:

Check-in
Junior, Tween, Cub, and Teen Camp check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday
Family Camp check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday
We urge you to plan your day to avoid early/late arrival.
pick-up
Camper pick-up day for Junior, Tween, and Teen Camp is the following Saturday
Pick-up time is 3:00-5:00 p.m.
Camper pick-up day for Cub Camp is Wednesday
Pick-up time is 11:00 am-1:00 p.m.
Family Camp check-out is Sunday by 9:00 a.m.
Please note that we will charge $15 per hour for child care for each hour your child is picked up after the pick-up time. PLEASE PICK UP YOUR CHILD ON TIME.
A sack lunch will be provided and sent home with your child.

If these items are brought, they will be confiscated
Store money
If you have placed or plan to place money in the camp store account, please note that when you pick up your camper, you must collect any balance before you leave (at the camp store). Any refunds not collected at pick-up will be transferred as an offering to Camp Mohaven.

Every year, kids leave behind lots of clothing and towels. We know these cost money.
Here's one way to reduce your chances of loss: put your camper's name clearly on all belongings.
UNCLAIMED LOST AND FOUND ITEMS ARE DONATED TO CHARITY AT THE END OF CAMP. CAMP MOHAVEN WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS.
